Villa Letizia, sleeping max. 8 people, is on three floors. Ground floor large living room, kitchen, small twin bedroom with independent bathroom and entrance, additional shower room. An elegant wooden staircase leads to the lounge area on the first floor, with a TV corner and marble fireplace; the same floor also has a delightful octagonal games room with direct access to the 19C garden, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite (one with tub and shower, the other with hydromassage shower). On the second floor, a large billiards room provides the third double bedroom, with air-conditioning.
