This elegant residence, recently built, is situated in Sant'Andrea, a hamlet of Marciana one of the most charming places of the Island. A place far away from traffic and noises, where you can swimm in crystal clear waters or walk along ancient, spectacular footpaths among unspoilt flora and fauna. This residential block lies in a quite private ground overlooking the enchanting bay of Sant'Andrea and a few steps away from the beach, reachable thanks to a path through citrus trees and grapevines.
