Small residential complex located in Campo all'Aia just 500 meters from Procchio, a fraction of the municipality of Marciana where you can find a minimarket, bank, pharmacy, restaurants and bars that help make your holiday even more pleasant. The structure, made up of apartments of various sizes and many of which with equipped outdoor area, is located a few steps from the sandy beach of Procchio. Just under a kilometer long, the beach is one of the largest on the island of Elba. Here you can find all the desired services. There are many bathing establishments that alternate with the free beach and that offer, in addition to sunbeds and umbrellas, pedal boat, canoe and boat rental, catering. There are sailing, windsurfing and diving schools. Procchio is located right in the center of the island, in fact in a few minutes by car it is possible to reach the enchanting villages of Marciana Marina, Marina di Campo and Portoferraio, but also other tourist destinations that are worth visiting.

The three-room apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. The interior consists of a bright living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and double sofa bed, a double bedroom with private bathroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle; equipped with all comforts, such as air conditioning, WI-FI, television, refrigerator and washing machine. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is welcoming and furnished with care, has an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for eating outdoors and spending pleasant moments of relaxation. A private parking space is available for guests.
