A short stroll from the delightful Forno and Scaglieri beaches, the apartment La Ginestra is on the ground floor oof a fine two-apartment villa with fenced garden, ideal for families or couples of friends. Scaglieri is a lovely sandy beach on the Gulf of Biodola, offering the best services for a relaxing holiday by the sea: beach service, bars, restaurants and a market equipped for small needs. There is also a small convenience store. A coastal path leads to the Forno beach, starting-point for a walk as far as Punta dell’Enfola.

The home is attentively furnished and has air-conditioning; the entrance furniture with a rattan sofa and armchair leads into the lounge with dining area and double sofa bed. The kitchen has fridge with freezer, microwave and a larder area with washing-machine. There is access from the kitchen to an outdoor area at the rear with barbecue, equipped for outdoor dining. There are two double bedrooms, one very large with third bed. Recently refurbished bathroom with shower enclosure. Ideal for families or couples of friends. One parking space is available for guests’ use. Outdoor shower.
