A 15-minute drive from Portoferraio, away from the more touristic areas and surrounded by Mediterranean macchia, it offers an exceptional view of the sea, the mountains of Elba Island, Capraia Island, and even Corsica, allowing guests to enjoy stunning sunsets. The last stretch to reach the house is a well-maintained unpaved road. The fine sandy beaches of Scaglieri and Biodola, among the most beautiful on Elba Island, are accessible by car (10 minutes with parking available) or via a direct but steep trail, from which hiking paths also lead to the white beaches of Capo Enfola and Viticcio.

The apartment, suitable for 4 people and recently renovated , consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bright living room with an additional sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a TV and Wi-Fi connection, a bathroom with a shower, and three furnished outdoor spaces: a pergola in front of the house, a rooftop terrace accessible via an external staircase, and finally, an aloe garden on the hillside. The outdoor areas are also equipped with a small kitchenette and a shower. The apartment has a private and secure parking space. During the day, you can admire the vibrant colors of the sea, while in the evening, the sky fills with warm tones that inspire tranquility and ease. In the garden, a hammock offers a spot for relaxing moments. The pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
