Recently constructed development in a quiet area of Porto Azzurro, one of the best-known holiday resorts with its vibrant square overlooking the sea. The development comprises two blocks of apartments standing around the polygonal swimming-pool, where guests can enjoy pleasant moments thanks to the sunbeds and umbrellas that they find by the pool. The apartments are located on the ground or first floor and are of various types: two-room (1 bedroom), three-room (2 bedrooms) and four-room (3 bedrooms). Outside are a children's play area, barbecue, adults' and children's pool, ping pong table. The property offers its guests a coin-operated washing machine and covered parking. Within walking distance you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants and all the attractions that make a special holiday for families, couples and friends.

The structure has modern four-room apartments with great attention to detail, all arranged on two levels. It is accessed from the first floor, where there is a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and one with two single beds. An internal staircase leads to the second floor attic where there is a second twin bedroom and a further bathroom with shower. The four-room apartment has a terrace equipped with table and chairs and a balcony on the second floor. The apartments overlook the largest swimming pool of the structure suitable for both adults and children looking for fun. Each apartment has a numbered covered parking space.
