The communal part includes the Winery, where the wines made on the estate can be tasted and purchased. The apartments are subdivided into separate blocks. The outbuilding is on two levels, containing two studio apartments with separate entrances; la Mimosa is on two levels with three two-room and one studio apartment; the Rustico, an independent two-room apartment. Each apartment has its own terrace or veranda furnished with tables and chairs, where guests can eat their meals and enjoy the view of the vineyard.
