Around the hotel are the 6 farms, intelligently recovered from the conversion of past buildings, thus creating 52 comfortable and modern apartments, varying in furnishings and sizes, built within classic farmhouses typical of the Tuscan Maremma. In these special locations, you can enjoy a special atmosphere, surrounded by the unmistakable aroma of mastic, myrtle, and helichrysum. If during your vacation you wish not to use your car, you can always take advantage of a special free shuttle service, departing from the village center, to comfortably reach the beaches of Remaiolo and Calanova. The farms are located in the center of the Tenuta delle Ripalte and are about 3.5 km from the beach of Remaiolo and about 6 km from the beach of Calanova.

Fattoria Oleandri is divided into 9 spacious apartments, spread over 2 floors, with a capacity of 3 to 8 people. They all have front spaces and some have large terraces. This building also houses the Bottega dei Sapori, a small shop available to guests for daily shopping, with genuine and quality products.

Fattoria Tamerici offers 10 charming apartments, ideal for accommodating from 2 to 8 people. The agritourism offers warm and welcoming environments, with everything necessary for an independent stay in a comfortable context. All apartments have front spaces, some also have large terraces.

Fattoria Ulivi features 10 modern apartments, each structured to accommodate 5 people. Ideal for small groups or large families seeking a different, practical, and independent stay.
