The main floor features a spacious living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient pantry and a bathroom. The living room leads to a separate sleeping area comprising a space with a single bed and a bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the upper level, where there is a double bed. More intimate than the other bedrooms, this accommodation may be particularly suitable for a family or a small group seeking greater independence. The upper floor accommodates three additional bedrooms: a triple bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. A further bathroom serving the other bedrooms is located on the same floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in total. Outside, guests can enjoy an extensive garden surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, a covered area equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and private parking within the property. The property caretaker lives in a separate, independent annex. He is responsible for maintaining the garden and, subject to prior arrangement, is available to provide additional housekeeping and cleaning services. His presence does not interfere with the areas reserved exclusively for guests.
